Books that are BAS-ready
at every quarter end.
Monthly bookkeeping from $90 in Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks, kept BAS-ready by Zaki Choudhry, registered tax agent (TAN 26298664) and certified in all three. The same person keeps the books and lodges the BAS, so nothing is re-explained at quarter end. Rated 5.0 from 57 Google reviews as at November 2026.

File health check
We look at your current file or statements and tell you honestly what state it's in.
Fixed monthly quote
Priced on transaction volume and cycle. Catch-up, if any, quoted separately as a one-off.
Set-up or clean-up
Feeds, rules, opening balances. If more than a quarter is behind, that's done first so the monthly cycle starts clean.
Ongoing cycle
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly reconciliation. Month-end pack. BAS ready at quarter end.

Why a tax agent does bookkeeping
Bookkeeping isn't a separate trade from tax when it's done well: every coding decision is a GST decision and an income-tax decision. Having the same registered agent keep the books and lodge the BAS means the file is built for the return, not tidied for it in June. It also means one set of questions, asked once.
Catch-up is priced honestly
A year of unreconciled transactions is not a monthly-fee problem, and we won't pretend it is. We look at the file, tell you how many periods are behind, and quote the catch-up as a one-off before the monthly fee starts. Files arriving from another bookkeeper are reviewed before we take them on.
Which software
We work in Xero, MYOB Business and AccountRight, and QuickBooks Online, and hold Intuit's Advanced ProAdvisor certification. If you're not on any of them yet, we set up the one that fits your business — not the one we'd prefer to use.
Common questions.
Volume decides it. Hospitality and retail with daily takings usually need weekly. Trades and services invoicing a few times a month are fine on monthly. We recommend a cycle after the file health check and change it if the business changes.
Talk it through with us.
30 minutes, no commitment. We'll confirm whether bookkeeping with xero, myob or quickbooks fits your situation, the exact scope, and a fixed quote — same day.
